Phlebotomy School Chicago, Inc (PSC) does not discriminate against any individuals on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other federal or state protected classes. PSC provides equal opportunities in education and employment for all qualified individuals.
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities. All public and private schools receiving any federal funds must comply with Title IX. Under Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment or sexual violence, such as rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, and sexual coercion.

Any student, employee, or applicant for employment or admission to PSC who believes that he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of sex, may file a complaint with the designated Title President.
